16 May 2008 Can any one out there tell me what buying and selling prices of a dollar mean by??

I have gone through RBI's website as well as Economic times website for todays dollar exchange rate, but I find a difference in their statistics.How is it possible??..

17 May 2008 Buying price(rate) of dollar means the price(rate)at which the Authorised dealers are willing to buy dollar from a seller and the selling rate means the rate at which they are willing to sell dollar to a buyer.
