for exporter getting the ADVANCE LICENCE for this item.
you import item is SODIUM CYANIDE
export product is D- PENICILLAMINE
apply for advance licence in your concerned DGFT office.
as well as submit the following details @ apply the licence:
1.Technical Details of the export product as per the details given in specified Appendix
2.Chartered Engineer certificate certifying the import requirements of raw materials in the format given in SPECIFIED Appendix
3.Production and Consumption data of the manufacturer/supporting manufacturer of the preceding three licensing years, duly certified by the Chartered accountant/ Cost & Works Accountant/ Jurisdictional Excise Authority.
