I am currently doing ca-ipcc and writing both groups in may 14. is companies act 2013 applicable for my exam and what are the changes?

Yes it will be most likely to becopme applicable for june 2014 exams as 98 sections are already in practical life made applicable but wait for few days icai will soon make a formal announcement on its website...stay alert and keep visiting icai website for more info on it.
