Does any b.com university have tie up with icai .?

15 March 2014 I want to ask that is there any correspondence course available for CA students want to do B.COM as well.
I have heard that IGNOU have tie up with ICAI so that CA students can complete there B.COM along with CA in a short period of time just by giving some papers ( not all).

If anything above is true and please help me with the complete knowledge....
