Plz let me know what are the documents required to be submitted along with ST-1 f or service tax reqistration?

20 September 2012 1. PAN CARD of entity being registered
2. Address Proof of Firm being registered
3. If Company, Copy of MOA & AOA
4. If Company, power of attorney authorising to sign the Application for Registration
5. If Partnership firm, copy of Partnership deed
