1.is it necessory to maintain cash payment voucher hard copy by a company?

2. what about cancelled cheque leaf & counter copy of issued chq.

Plz help me.

18 December 2009 1. Yes, you have to maintain cash payment voucher. How a person can sign on computer ?

2. Cancelled cheques number portion should be cut and pasted to the counterfoil of cheque book for future records.

18 December 2009 Cash Payment Proof is always their Voucher So Company has to Prepare Voucher for Cash Payment.
and Records of Cancelled Cheques is also required to maintain.
