A Doctor is running a Pathology Testing lab. His receipts during a year is 25 Lacs.
Will be liable to Tax Audit under 44AB.
In case he is not liable can you court some decided cases in this favour

A pathologist engaged running the testing lab is definitely engaged into the medical profession. The gross receipt limit for tax audit u/s 44AB shall be Rs 10lacs. A pathologist no doubt applies his skills acquired as a result of his education and the analytical ability which is implied as per his qualification and a normal man can not do so.
