Do we need to subscribe moa again for conversion of limited co to private limited

05 December 2015 For converting a Limited Co. to a Private Limited Co. My query is do we need to subscribe the MOA and AOA again since there are changes in these documents or the earlier members who have subscibed them at the time of Incorporation of Company can go ahead without resubscibing them.
