Do i need to continue as articled assistant in this case

03 August 2015 Warm greetings to all CA brothers & sisters there,

My 3years of articleship is likely to complete in september 2015 under direct entry scheme for graduates but still I have not cleared any of the ipcc groups.
I haven't came across any provision that says articleship is not considered complete till u finish ur ipcc groups.

Still just this doubt came that is there any provision I missed or any circular or anything that says IPCC should be completed before 3years of artichleship orelse one needs to continue till he/she does not passes both groups or any one group of ipcc.i.e till u complete ipcc ur articleship 3years wont b considered complete.

Hope my query is clear to all there.

06 August 2015 No provision says that you should complete inter before applying for completion of articles.
Its just a wrong notion.
Btw, the experience is counted and recognized in many industries.
Don't be disheartened. I know how you feel now.
Still try.
