FOR EX:-IF I PURCHASED 1000 SHARES @100/- AT THE TIME OF 2006 MARCH.
FOR EXAMPLE THE SHARE PRESENT VALUE 500/- EACH ONE.
IF I SELL 1000 SHARES @500/- EACH ONE (INCLUDING DIVIDEND )
WHAT AMOUNT I WILL GET
please any one tell me immediately as soon as possible

Dividend is distribution of profit by company.
Each year company declares dividend and it is paid to equity shareholders within 30 days of declaration.
In your given example, you have already received dividend for all years, hence the price of 500/- as shown by you is "not" including dividend, its just market price
