whether TDS Is deducted on dividend income and whether it can be claimed by the individual shareholder .

There is no TDS on Dividend.
Co. supposed to pay Dividend distribution tax. So its fully exempt in hand of reciever.

Mr. chardresh is absulatley right, no TDS on Devidend and company already paid Dividend distribution Tax on that.
