19 July 2013 my company's profit is about 75 lacs in fy12-13,all directors are already in 30% slab.please give advise is dividend is advisable to pay or not?
my company does't require any reserve for loan,becuase company is debt free.
please advise for minimum tax pay.

20 July 2013 It will be beneficial as if co. pays dividend then co have to pay dividend dist. tax which is lower than 30%.

That income would be exempt in hands of directors...

so it will be beneficial.......
