I want to know whether there is any restriction in distributing profits to Partners in LLP on a Monthly Basis.

03 November 2016 No. There are no restriction in LLP Act in this regard. If LLP Agreement contains Clause on this, it is possible to distribute the profits on monthly basis. (provided Company pays taxes profits properly)
