Dissolution of trust

This query is : Resolved

14 June 2017 Sir,
I would like to know who has to dissolve a private trust. Whether the Settlor, Trustee or the Beneficiaries. Likewise who has to dissolve the Public Trust. Whether General body meeting is must. Whether we have to approach the Charity Commissioner/Court for dissolution of trust.

--Ravinder, Expert, LCI.
