Please, tell me the procedure of dissolution of a unregistered partnership firm after make dissolution deed. whether pan card of that firm should be surrendered, if yes then please tell me procedure for the same

Sir, whether pan card will be surrender physically to the department or online.if physically then what documents will be attached there and if online then please tell me full procedure
