28 December 2009 One of our client is a private limited company, they have not started their business yet and now they like to dissolve the company.
can we dissolve the company as per section 560 of the companies act by making application to the ROC(after writting off all liabilites & disposal of all assets).

Is it possible???

28 December 2009 wheher the company can make application for winding up as the section says like the voluntary action by ROC rather than the company. Can the application to ROC u/s 560 is allowable for a defunct co.
