if we are not depositing the epf & esi on due date it is disallowed whole amt of both share employees and employer or only interest? under which section refer me

Hi Sachin..
First of all Only expenditure tht is debitted to P&L A/C can be dissalowed...
So only employers contribution will dissallowed u/s 43B...employees contribution will be a current liability for employer as he has to deposit the same to govt..
