How to draft reply to ROC for removal of name of director from the master data due to disqualifiation? reason of disqualification was not attending any meeting of the company.

If a director has not attended any meeting of the company during a period of 12 months, it will attract automatic vacation of such director. You just have to file E-form DIR-12 for cessation of directorship of such director by giving the reason of vacation of office u/s 167. You have to attach proof with the form copy of minutes, attendance sheets and proof of service of notice of board meetings to such director. With this process, he will be removed from the signatory details or master data of the company.
