A is indebted for amount of Rs 400
B is indebted for amount of Rs 300
C is indebted for amount of Rs 500?

no, Firm whose all or any of partner is indebted to company for sum of 1000 can not audit

a firm is not disqualified as auditors of the company as d prov r nt attracted of the companies act
