25 August 2013 Suppose notice of AGM is short. No form 22 is obtained by the Company. The auditor carries out his duties without being aware that his appointment is defective. The fees that he has received from his client, would it constitute indebtedness,since his appointment is defective.

25 August 2013 the ans is no as there is no intentionally indebtment done in this scenerio but without confirming his appointment auditor cannot charge fees for audit as there was no valid appointment.
