Can we send goods to SEZ under LUT?Our excise suptd told us that we have to debit amt for clearance to SEZ and can get refund after providng Proof of export.Sale of goods to SEZ under LUT is now allow.

19 April 2012 Department is right inform you in this case u can avail Deemed drawback benefit too.

20 April 2012 You have to execute general bond (LUT) , As supplies to SEZ is treated as export.

However there is node need to debit amount of duty with excise department, instead you can give Bank Guarantee for the same.
