Fist year of the company havign more than 12 months. What type of disclosure required in notes to account and auditors report.

in the auditors report mention for what period is the accounts drawn and in the notes to accounts write this
This being the first year of the company, the accounts have been drawn from 13th March, 2009 to 31st March, 2010 and therefore no corresponding figures for the previous year have been given.
