06 November 2014 Dear Mehta, Form MBP-1 can be filed pursuant to sec 184(1) & Rule 9(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.

However is there any specific format prescribed for disclosure of interest by a director under Sec 184(2) of Companies Act 2013.
