If TDS deducted for the entire Financial Year deposited on 31st May of Next Financial Year Then the Expenditure Incurred For the period from April to February shall be disallowed U/S 40(a)(ia) of Income Tax We want to fight in the Appeal for the above addition Kindly Quqte the Judgement in the Assessee's Favour for above disallowance.
