25 December 2009 If TDS deducted for the entire Financial Year deposited on 31st May of Next Financial Year Then the Expenditure Incurred For the period from April to February shall be disallowed U/S 40(a)(ia) of Income Tax We want to fight in the Appeal for the above addition Kindly Quqte the Judgement in the Assessee's Favour for above disallowance.
