Whether Car depriciation and Interest on Car Loan can be disallowed to partner for personal use upto the Ass. Year 2005.06.

There are 2 methods
1) You can disallow on your own
2) Dont disallow anything instead pay FBT on Car Depreciation and Car Loan
Practically, option 2 is beneficial.
