Is there any disallowance under I.T Act in case of late payment of p.tax,P.F,ESI & TDS ?

Professional Tax - No
P.F. - It will be disallowed in Current Year and will be allowed in year of Payment u/s 43 B of I.T. Act
ESI - Same
TDS - It will be disallowed in year in the year in which Expense incurred but will be allowed when TDS Paid...
