Disallowance by a.o. of units claiming exemption u/s 10b

21 August 2012 I am attending Income Tax Scrutiny one of my client who are having exemption u/s 10B. Now, I want to know that :
Weather Disallowance made by A.O. also increases Claim u/s 10B of Unit?
Is there any MAT liability arise due to such addition made by A.O.?

Disallowance will def increase the claim u/s 10B

MAT liability arises only in the case if addition has been made as per section 115jb

21 August 2012 It means no liability to pay MAT on disallowance of Travelling Exps.
