21 August 2012 I am attending Income Tax Scrutiny one of my client who are having exemption u/s 10B. Now, I want to know that :
Weather Disallowance made by A.O. also increases Claim u/s 10B of Unit?
Is there any MAT liability arise due to such addition made by A.O.?

Disallowance will def increase the claim u/s 10B

MAT liability arises only in the case if addition has been made as per section 115jb
