sir,
IT DEPTT.DISALLOW COMMISION PAID BY ME TO MY DELARS.& TOLD TO DEPOSIT THAT AMMOUNT. NOW I FILED APPEAL AGAINST DISALLOW TO CIT WITHIN ONE MONTH & COPY GIVEN TO IT OFFICE. BUT NOW IT DEPTT FORCING ME TO DEPOSIT THE DISWALLOW AMMOUNT.SUGGEST ME WHWT TO DO,OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT AFTER THE APPEAL RESULT.

Sir,
I think before filling the Appeal to CIT(A), you must deposit the Entire Amount Including Tax on the Additions made by the IT Department. However you can also submit the same during the continuation of Appeal or you can also obtain stay of Demand on the same, otherwise you may be deemed to be assessee in default.
