Dis-allowance expenditure

purchased from metro-cash & carry of Rs 37,000 in a day & paid full cash, whether it is Dis-allowed expenditure and what is the solution for this and in future, as metro is not accepting cheque.

cash paid above 20000 is disallowed
you can pay by debit card as debit it acceptable in most of the super market.
If you purchase goods for personal purpose, there is no question of dis allowance as cash purchase as it is not business expenditure
