Dear Sir,
A c.A. Article is a director before taking admission as article. Can he continue his directorship during his course of C.A. or he has to resign from the post of director w.e.f today or before the date of taking admission as CA article. At the time of submission of his form no.102 and 103, he has not declared about his directorship to the ICAI. what should he do at this time.
