What is the ceiling limit for payment of directors remuneration?

For Payment of remuneration to Directors you have to learn the following Section of Companies Act-1956:
Section:198-Overall Managerial Remuneration
Section : 309-Remuneration to directors
Section:310-Central Government approval required for provisions for increase in remuneration
Section :349- Computation of Profit
Schedule XIII- Condition of this schedule
