17 July 2017 Mr.A a director of a pvt ltd company had given loan to Mr.B a person who once worked in the company. Mr B however repayed the loan to the company instead of paying it personally. Can this amount be shown as loan from Mr.A to the pvt ltd company.

17 July 2017 Dear Sebastian., A ll be given loan to B if personally. It's no more effects on company's book. If A paid loan to B instead of company. Then it treated in company's book. Then, it's treated A to Company to B then When it received treated B to Company to A.....
