Can you please provide me with a sample for letter of appointment of first directors in a private company limited by shares. Articles contain the name of directors of company.

In the letter, you can just write that "We are pleased to inform you that the company was incorporated on___ and in terms of the AoA, you are the first director of the company and that the sadi appointment shall also be confirmed in the ensuing Board Meeting of the company to be held on ____
The letter may be signed by the company secretary of the company.
