can a executive director earn salary from three pvt ltd companies..Whether RCM will be applicable?

if he is independent director he cannot take salary from 3 companies , but if he is director in 3 companies , he is subject to remuneration not exceeding 2% of Net profit and As per Latest AAR decision , it is subject to RCM
