Dear sir,
would you please take out your precious time to clarify my quarries.
1. I want to remove 2 full time director from a private limited company. Now they want to sell their shares and resign as whole time director of the company. My question is, if there is any site where I can check that their names are removed. And what information do I need to check the same.
