WHEN A DIRECTOR OF A PVT. CO. RETIRES DOES HE NEED TO GIVE ANY DETAILS (LIKE IN HOW MANY COMPANIES HE IS A DIRECTOR)TO OTHER COMPANIES IN WHICH HE IS DIRECTOR.

He has to annually disclose his interest in form 24AA wherein the names of remaining companies is to be mentioned.
the above disclosure is under section 299 and to be given upto 31st march every year in advance of the next financial year.
