Whether director's remuneration is to be disclosed in Form 3CD as payment to specified persion u/s 40A(2)(b)

Yes it has to be shown u/s 40A(2)(b). Also keep in mind to show the the related party transactions well at the place specified for related party transactions. Recently one of the reason in scrutiny selection which is increasing these days is mismatch of payments made u/s 40A(2)(b) in Audit Report & ITR
