Could you please tell me, how to resign as the core director of the company? Whats the procedure?

03 March 2014 what you mean by core director? regardless, any director (unless there is any provision made in the articles prescribing procedure for acceptance of resignation) has to simply write a letter to the board stating that he is resigning WEF from so and so date.

the company needs to file Form 32 with ROC thereon.
