I have done application for the DIN and which is also Alloted to the client companies directors. what should be the further process for DIN2 and DIN3 forms.
Is digital Signature Required for this forms? What is the Details procedure for filling of form2 and form3 ??

17 November 2007 DIN 2 IS AN INTIMATION BY A DIRECTOR TO THE COMPANY THAT HE IS ALLOTTED A DIN NUMBER,ENCLOSING A COPY OF DIN ALLOTMENT.
DIN 3 IS DISCONTINUED BY THE GOVTNOW.
DIN NUMBER IS USED BY A COMPANY TO ENTER MANADATORILY ON ALL ROC RETURNS WHERE DIRECTORS DETAILS ARE GIVEN.
DIGITAL SIGNATURE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR EACH DIRECTOR.IT IS ENOUGH IF A COMPANY OBTAINS DIGITAL SIGNATURE(DS) FOR ONE DIRECTOR IN ONE
COMPANY SO THAT EFILING WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURE CAN BE MADE FOR ALL ROC RETURNS IN EFILING BY THE COMPANY USING THIS DS.
FOR YOU TO OBTAIN A DS FOR A DIRECTOR ,THERE ARE AUTHORISED CENTRES ,DETAILS of which CAN BE FOUND IN
www.mca.gov.in
AFTER YOUR DIRECTOR'S DS IS MADE BY THE AUTHORIDSED CENTRES, THEY EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW TO USE THIS DS WHILE FILING ALL ROC RETURNS.THE AUTHORISED CENTRE PROVIDES YOU WITH A SOFTWARE AND A DEVICE ,PENDRIVE .
YOU MAY GET THE DS VALID FOR ONE YEAR OR TWO YEARS AS YOU WISH
