Director expense in the name of company

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you're a director of a private limited company and have paid for business expenses like internet, rent, or utilities from your personal account, you can claim these back from the company. It's important to withdraw the funds from the company to cover these costs. You also need to be mindful of any Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) obligations that might apply depending on the expense amount and relevant rates.
