Refer vinod gupta for DT along with practice manual.Use his summary module along with additional self made short notes of important topics.Do practice manual thoroughly it is very well designed.
For cost refer Refer Sanjay Aggrawal+practice manual+ reliance practice question book.Theory is sufficiently covered in these books.
