At the outset let me convey my best wishes to all of you on this auspicious occasion of Diwali.

I would like ur advice on whether to follow VK Singhania or Vinod Gupta Module for CA Final? I am looking for intricate discussions on the Direct Taxation of CA Final.

14 November 2012 Happy Diwali to you also. I had done DT from Vinod Gupta during My ca Final and i liked the book very much. The positive point of Vinod Gupta's books is that it explains the provision very nicely and in very simple words, which is very easy to understand. I studied from that books and scored 67 without classes for DT.

14 November 2012 The books should always be selected as per your taste and which one easy to understand. Mr Jha, indirectly, has advocated this concept.

Now please consult both these books (of Singhania and Gupta) and select with which you are comfortable.

In my best opinion you please select three-four books and study them CHAPTER WISE.
