Sir, we are registered in Excise. We want to Export our finished good worth Rs. 40K-50K. Our Mostly Sale in Domestic. We have Import/Export License. Please tell me that can we make the export bill without Excise duty charged, without LUT? or the intimation will be given to our Excise deptt. before Export?

you are registered under excise and pay the duty without LUT can not remove the goods for export without payment of duty under rule 19 of central excise rules 2002.
