12 April 2019 ABC Company Place of Business in Maharashtra
LMN Company Place of Business in Kolkata
XYZ Company Place of Business in Odissa

ABC has purchased goods from LMN from Kolkata and have sold directly to XYZ, Odissa

LMN has generated Invoce and E way bill in the name & Place of ABC
Can ABC Generate invoice and E way bill from Maharashtra to Odissa and sends goods directly from LMN Place to XYZ

Kindly advise.

12 April 2019 LMN Kolkata will prepare the invoice in the name of ABC Maharashtra and shipping/consignee address will be mention of the address of XYZ Odissa. The e way bill also prepare same line and ABC will prepare the invoice in the name of XYZ Odissa.

12 April 2019 but sir, in this case the Pricing will be revealed to the end user, ABC Maharashtra doesnt want to show the Invoice to XYZ Kolkata, what to be done in this case.?
CAN ABC maharashtra prepare E Way Bill by mentioning the From address as Kolkata and delivery address as Odissa?

12 April 2019 You can also prepare the e way bill. At the time of preparing e way bill select types of transaction and choose the bill to dispatch from option and put the LMN Kolkata address in the column of dispatch from then supply the goods on the basis of your own Invoice.
