We received DIR 8 from our client company.Please can you suggest me with which form DIR 8 has to be filed?Is it mandatory to receive DIR 8 from all the Companies?

Dear Pooja,
DIR-8 is to be received from Director n not company Pursuant to section 164(2) and rule 14(1) of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 for he is not disqualified
