SIR I INCORPORATED A NEW COMPANY. NOW IS IT NECESSARY TO FILE DIR-3C AND WHO IS TO REPRESENT THIS FORM UNDER COLUNM (TO)

There is no need to file Form DIR-3C after incorporation, because DIN is already intimated to ROC while Incorporation.

SIR RESOLVE THE PROBLEM I FILED FORM DIR-3 IN WHICH WRONG PIN CODE IN ADDRESS IS ENTERED AND FORM IS APPROVED BY ROC WHAT IS THE REMEDY FOR CORRECTION OF PIN CODE IN ADDRESS
