DIN Form has mandatory PinCode,but Hong Kong doesnt hav any?

28 January 2010 MCA21 website has made mandatory writing Pin Code in its form for acquiring DIN..Now Hong Kong doesnt have any Postal Code system..And the form is not accepted without Pin Code being written..wht to do??
P.S.-Some websites say 4 digit Pin-code system exists,but its not official.. Thanx in Advance for ur valuable Answers. :)

29 January 2010 U can put six zeros as a pin code, the system will generate the Provision DIN and even you will get the aproval from MCA DIN Cell.
