14 December 2011 I want to confirm that HUF can apply for DIN if not then can karta of HUF on behalf of HUF can apply for DIN or not?

the other thing i want to know whether HUF can become a designated partner in LLP or not?

Pls help me on the above.

14 December 2011 HUFs cannot apply for DIn as it is not a real person so it is not poosible for HUF to become designated partner though he can be a partner i think in LLP.
