I am a director in a private limited company and have obtained DIN with digital signature from ROC.
FOr filing my income tax returns, I required digital signature also, since most of the time I am out of station.
Can I use the same digital signature which I got from ROC
Pls confirm

Yes you can use the same digital signature for filing the Income tax return

It depends on class of digital signature .
Class 2 signature can be used for ROC as well Income tax return.

Yes Agreed with Mr Bansal. Class 2 Signature is used for both IT & ROC.
