Sir,
I have submitted a DIN application in online and make payment. After that I found a spelling error in address. I didn't send its hard copy to ROC.Can I submit a new DIN application for the same person and make new Payment.

Let the spelling errors in the address remain. If the Form gets rejected, then only apply for a new DIN. If the application is accepted and a DIN is alloted, then subsequently apply for change in details of DIN holder (The form is available for the same). Fill in the correct details in this and get the address corrected.
